A modern royalty system for any intellectual property
WIth Royalty Producer X, all different asset types can be sold individually and independently (e.g. a recording, a photo) or as part of a bundle (e.g. album, photo gallery). Users can even mix different asset types in one bundle: 10 recordings & one movie). They have full freedom to build contract structures that reflect their own way of monetizing their various assets. Royalty Producer X paves the way for a digital media world, where the limits of product formats and delivery methods are reinvented very frequently.

Bundle Any Asset
In Royalty Producer X the user can define any necessary bundle type. Basically, bundles are a list of assets. Assets can be mixed and matched at will. Here are some example of typical and very special bundles:
Album (recordings only)
A typical album, based on tracks of one single artist
Compilation (recordings only)
A compilation has a playlist of tracks from different artists.
Cue Sheet (publishing only)
A list of publishing works (songs), played during an event or another performance.
Album with music video (recordings and video)
An album with a track playlist of recordings and a extra music video.
Album + Book (recordings and book)
A special edition bundle of an artist, containing the album cd and his biography book.

Multiple Contracts Per Asset
An asset can be connected to an unlimited number of contracts and licensors.
Each contract's share on the asset can be controlled. Ideally suited for multiple versions of a track with different remixers.
A central file repository can hold an media file, related to the asset, e.g. an MP3, an image or a PDF.

Full Automation
Starting a statement run in Royalty Producer X is a very simple process. The system will not only calculate all statements, but also prepares all necessary files (CSV, Excel, PDF) to be sent to the licensors.
For maximum comfort, the software can even create and send emails to each party, with all connected files attached.

International
Royalty Producer X can ingest sales and issue royalty statements in any currency.
User's can choose one of two languages for royalty statements: either English or their national language. Each word that is used on the statements can be adapted individually in the system's preferences.

Royalty Producer X does a great job on royalty processing when running as a desktop app.
But some companies may need all the power they can get. Royalty Producer X can be deployed as a Client/Server system, where all the raw work is done by a powerful server computer, taking away the load from the user's computer.
By using Amazon Web Services, the server system can even run in the cloud, with scalable RAM and processing power, eliminating the costs of a dedicated server. The AWS server even allows a company structure that is scattered all over the globe, where coworkers can use the system at any time and any place.

We lost our beloved friend and partner Stefan Fuchs in August 2016. Stefan was responsible for our support and took care of the many small companies that have founded our business. Consequently, Fox is meant to be a clever companion for modern, digital native companies with straight workflows and royalty scenarios. The application name was chosen in memory of our Mr. Fuchs (German for fox).
